How I Used Affirmations To Heal My Birth Chart's “Foe”

I didn’t start using astrology-aligned affirmations and mantras by accident—I was searching for healing. And to be honest, I love experimenting with activating my chart and seeing what I can create for myself

So, with natal Saturn in my 4th house, I carry deep lessons around home, family, emotional security, and ancestral patterns.

Here's a bit about my background as a multicultural kid…

As a child, I immigrated to a new country, watching my parents navigate an unfamiliar world while I struggled to feel at home anywhere. This placement shaped me in ways I didn’t fully understand until later:

A lifelong sense of displacement—like I don’t belong here or there.
Developing hyper-independence as a coping mechanism (latchkey generation, you too?).
Carrying emotional burdens that weren’t mine (still figuring this one out, to be honest).

When Saturn transited my 12th house—a time of deep inner work, solitude, and surrender—these themes intensified. Instead of hiding, I stepped forward.
