How To Manifest With Your Astrology

Manifestation is a multi-layered process that requires your ability to reflect, make a decision, and take action. Some call that process meditation, vision boarding, journaling, moon phase rituals, and so on. The point is that for you to manifest your goals, and dreams and bring your visions to life, you must participate in the process.

Even when I do my planetary magick work, or when I call upon the assistance of talismans, I still do my mundane work here on Earth (taking a bath, going for a walk, applying for a job, picking up the dirty laundry, meeting new people, etc), to move things along and show the universe that I AM SERIOUS.

You get the picture. Manifestation NEEDS your participation.

Astrology is Manifestation

Astrology and manifestation work hand in hand. With astrology, you gain insight into the energies at play, their timing, and their influence. This knowledge empowers you to change your reality by adjusting your habits, mindset and making informed decisions.

By using astrological timing and understanding basic astrology principles, you can significantly enhance your manifestation efforts and navigate harmoniously with the universal flow.

How do you do that with astrology? Read on.

Step 1: Understand Your Chart

Do you know your birth chart well enough to tell me your Moon's house location and ruler?

If your answer is yes, then proceed to Step 2.

How about the other planetary placements that make up your birth chart? Do you know those? If not, then you need to get going with this self-discovery birth chart workbook. It's free, grab it!

You need to know your chart to map out the next step, so be sure to do that first.

Step 2: Map Out Your Transits

Pull out your favorite astrology journal, and start mapping out your transits like the image noted below.

Note, that this requires you to determine your manifestation window aka when you want to work with active planetary weather, which begins in 3 months, 6 months, or longer.

By knowing your planetary transits, you can better prepare for what's to come up in your life.

If we're speaking about manifestation, then all of the planets in astrology help you to manifest your goals. Each planet has a different manifestation coach and guide role, and is happy to help you in your dream-making efforts!

Where do you get the transit dates? Generate yourself a FREE ephemeris (a planetary timetable) from astro.com. Keep it handy for the year, along with a moon phase calendar.

You can also gather your transit data from an astro app and write it down in your journal. Just know that I strongly suggest going analog for this activity or building yourself a digital journal that you can use with a stencil to write in.

Once you have all the transit dates data, it's time for you to analyze and understand what's happening to your birth chart.

Use this list as a guide to develop your transit manifestation plan. Look at repeating patterns and themes, what continues to come up across signs, planets, angles, and aspects?

  • Identify the Transits: Note the key dates and the transiting planets.
  • Focus on the Houses: Determine which house the transit affects in your natal chart.
  • Analyze the Aspects: Understand the aspects and their potential influences.

Step 3: Create A Plan

It's time to play and make a plan for your manifestation goals. Did you determine what topic or house will be the focus of your manifestation plan?

Let's create a plan now:

  • Set Intentions: Based on the focus area, set clear and specific intentions for what you want to manifest.
  • Take Action: Create a list of astrology-aligned activities and tasks to help you manifest your intentions and goals.

Remember to actively use the timing of the stars and their interaction with your birth chart to inform your manifestation plans.

For example, if you're having a Jupiter transit, jump at the opportunities that come your way. If Saturn is playing big this time, think about adding discipline and structure to your plans and the area activated by Saturn's transit.

Empower yourself and be ahead of the game. Understand what's to come, and plan for it.

Manifesting With Astrology Journaling

Now that you have a manifestation plan enriched with the helpful support of astrology, let's dive deeper and get to know your astrological support team.

The idea here is to familiarize yourself with the various planets and the energetic support they offer to help you create the life you desire.

Are you ready to add astrology journaling to your manifestation plans? Great! Let's start:

1. Meet Your Astrological Support Team

To actively manifest with astrology, you must get familiar with your birth chart, aka yourself, your gifts, and your natural challenges.

I recently covered over 30+ astrology journaling ideas and #bujo spreads to get your manifestation game in action and to help you connect with your natal placements. Quickly, here's what I would tackle in my astrology journal:

  1. Sun: Represents your core identity, vitality, and purpose. Journal about what truly drives you and how your goals align with your authentic self.
  2. Venus: Relates to love, beauty, values, and financial matters. Journal about how your values influence your goals and how you can incorporate more beauty and love into your journey.
  3. Mars: Symbolizes action, drive, and physical energy. Write down specific actions you can take to achieve your goals. Reflect on how you can harness Mars' energy to stay motivated and proactive.
  4. Jupiter: The planet of expansion, wisdom, and abundance. Reflect on your biggest dreams and aspirations. Journal about the expansive goals you want to achieve and the steps you need to take to get there.
  5. Saturn: Represents discipline, responsibility, and structure. Write about the structures and plans you need to implement to reach your goals. Reflect on how discipline and responsibility can help you stay on track.
  6. Uranus: Governs innovation, change, and unconventional approaches. Brainstorm new ideas and unconventional approaches to achieving your goals. Journal about how you can welcome change and think outside the box.
  7. Neptune: Associated with dreams, intuition, and spirituality. Reflect on your dreams and intuitive insights. Write about how you can incorporate spirituality and intuition into your manifestation process.
  8. Pluto: Symbolizes transformation, power, and rebirth. Journal about the transformations you are undergoing. Reflect on how you can harness Pluto’s power to overcome challenges and renew your approach to your goals.

2. Moon Journaling

Actively participating with the Moon's energy and phases is a profound way to tap into nature's first prosperity symbol and actor.

For your astrology journaling efforts, explore the moon through these practices:

3. Spiritual Journaling Prompts

As you navigate the astrological waters and its mysterious language, you may inevitably want to reach deeper into your soul's journey. I did.

Explore your spiritual side with these practices, and manifest with universal flow:

4. Add Planetary Affirmations

Affirmations are another manifestation hack to initiate change at the subconscious level. The practice of affirmations can be written, spoken, or both. I've done both with great success, including a 2 year Saturn chant practice.

When you've got your manifestation goal defined, I recommend kicking off a New moon ritual for your plan.

Tie it all together: new moon affirmation, journaling, and planetary timing for perfect universal flow alignment.

5. Using Mercury Retrograde For Goal Alignment

As a newcomer to astrology, you might have heard some daunting tales about Mercury retrograde—a period infamous for causing disruptions in communication, travel, and technology.

Well, what most people don't understand is that each Mercury retrograde event also holds a hidden potential: it’s a powerful time for introspection and resetting your goals.

One of the most effective ways to harness this energy is through journaling. How does journaling during a Mercury retrograde phase help you to manifest your goals?

Easy. It helps you to slow down to reconfigure and realign with the highest potential of your manifestation plan.

So, when you know that Mercury Retrograde will begin in X days, get out your astrology journal and start pondering these prompts:

1. Reevaluate Your Goals: Mercury retrograde is an ideal time to revisit and reassess your goals. Journaling allows you to reflect on your aspirations and determine if they still align with your current values and desires. This period of reflection can lead to more refined and focused goals.

2. Clarify Your Intentions: Writing down your goals helps clarify your intentions. By putting your thoughts on paper, you can articulate what you truly want to achieve, making your goals more concrete and tangible.

Use the Mercury Retrograde to reaccess, realign, redo, remake, revamp, recreate… don't get stuck! Use this energy to manifest your goals!

3. Identify Obstacles: As you journal, you may uncover internal and external obstacles that have been hindering your progress. Recognizing these barriers is the first step towards overcoming them and moving closer to your goals.

4. Track Progress and Patterns: Mercury retrograde is known for bringing past issues to the surface. Journaling can help you track your progress over time and identify patterns in your behavior or external circumstances that may affect your goal attainment.

5. Boost Creativity and Problem-Solving: This period often disrupts usual routines, sparking creative thinking. Use your journal to brainstorm new strategies for achieving your goals and to explore innovative solutions to any challenges you face.

Now you have the inside tip on how to use journaling during Mercury retrograde, so you can turn potential disruptions into opportunities for profound personal growth and goal manifestation. 😍
